Earn Your YAS Camp Fee

If you cannot afford the fee to attend YAS camp, you can earn it by helping to manage a YAS information display at a mall or supermarket in Saskatoon, Regina or even your own community around the province on weekends from May through July. In past years, dozens of youths had their fees earned in part or even entirely when they, their parents, their grandparents, and other extended family members, their friends did this. It’s a very interesting and easy in-kind activity that pays very well. Contact the YAS Director at info@yas.ca to request more information.

Hall*Comm Trust and Partners Proudly Support YAS

Hall*Comm Trust was established in 1996 by graduates of Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School, Campbell Collegiate, Luther College High School and Campion College in Regina as well as alumni of the Universities of Saskatchewan, Alberta, Regina, Victoria and Calgary.

Each year Hall*Comm Trust enters into partnerships with high-level entities in support of youths from across Saskatchewan who wish to attend summer sports schools and or camps, but who cannot afford all the schools’ or camps’ fees. In thousands of instances, such partnerships have enabled youths to attend summer sports schools or camps at reduced fees and occasionally free from any fee at all.

In 2018, Hall*Comm Trust has partnered with Saskatchewan Community Initiatives Fund, Canadian Tire Jump Start and the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority in order to underwrite the fees for camps or schools headed by certified Professional “A” teachers who are accomplished basketball skills instructors. YAS – Young Athlete Saskatchewan Summer Basketball School is one of the programs Hall*Comm Trust has selected to support during 2018.
